A professional psychologist since the mid 1980s, Lesley worked as a business psychologist and organisational change consultant for BDO Consulting and Coopers and Lybrand, before setting up the Change Team (previously known as L A Consulting) in 1993. Lesley lives
and breathes the business, and has her best ideas while she's supposed to be relaxing. When she isn't working with clients, Lesley has a passion for travel, salsa and all things Spanish.

After graduating in psychology, Helen worked for four years as a resource manager and internal change consultant for CSC, an international IT outsourcing company. Having obtained an MSc in Occupational Psychology, she joined the Change Team on a full-time basis and has added hugely
to our team spirit. When allowed time off for good behaviour, Helen enjoys playing sport, a trip to the theatre and travelling to new and exciting places.

Fay Nearey
Office Manager
After finishing College in 1999, Fay worked
for 5 years as a Resource Controller for an
IT solutions company, before joining the Change
Team. She is commercially aware, has fantastic
organisational skills and provides a professional
first point of contact for all our clients.
She enjoys problem solving and is always one
step ahead with her proactive
approach.
In her spare time Fay loves to visit new and
exciting places both in the UK and abroad.

Janis Short

After obtaining an MSc in Occupational Psychology in 1992, Janis worked with the Business School at the University of Hertfordshire and for Human Assets Limited, an assessment and development consultancy, before becoming a freelance consultant in 1994. She has been working with the
Change Team on an associate basis since 1995 and specialises in high impact management development and all aspects of assessment, especially competency profiling and assessment centres. On the rare moments that she takes time away from work, Janis enjoys dining out, walking and holidaying
in exotic locations.

Following a successful career as a fund manager and stockbroker working for a number of financial companies, both in the UK and in the Far East, Carolyn completed the most advanced training in NLP in 1996 and became a freelance consultant. She has been working with the Change Team
on an associate basis since 2000, specialising in 360° feedback and in-depth breakthrough coaching. When not working, Carolyn enjoys writing, broadcasting and humour.

Fiona
O'Shea
Business Psychologist
BA, MSc, HRM, MSc Occ Psych, working towards
chartered status as an Occupational Psychologist
Following a successful career in Human Resource
Management in a variety of sectors, Fiona completed
a postgraduate degree in Occupational Psychology
at Birkbeck College, London University in 1997.
At this point, she moved into the world of consultancy
and has never looked back. However, she still
finds her first career in HR to be of great
benefit. Freelance since 2002, Fiona specializes
in assessment, people development and 1:1
coaching.
When not working she spends her time using her
work experience to help her think up new and
effective ways to successfully manage the demands
of 2 small children!!!

Following a successful career in HR, change
and transition management with IBM, SAP and
Accenture, Sue moved into management consultancy
in 1999. She worked for Penna Consulting on
a wide range of management assessment
and development projects, before becoming freelance
in 2003. Sue works with the Change Team on an
associate basis and specialises in high impact
management development and all aspects of assessment
and performance
coaching.
When not working, Sue likes walking, golf and
playing "princesses" with her young
daughter.
