Exciting Opportunity for a Business Psychologist

(When advert appears in BPS until closing date) Due to continued growth, we wish to recruit a talented and experienced Occupational Psychologist.

(At other times) As a growing business psychology consultancy we are always interested in hearing from talented and experienced Occupational Psychologists who may be interested in joining the Change Team on a full-time basis.

The Role

You will carry out a client facing role, advising, coaching and training senior and middle managers across a range of commercial environments. After a significant induction and training period you will be responsible for carrying out consultancy assignments both independently and as part of a small team.
You will be based at our offices in South Manchester. Every week is different, but typically you will spend 3 or 4 days a week at client locations throughout the UK and occasionally further afield.

Our Requirements

The successful candidate will satisfy the following criteria:
		A first or 2.i in your first degree.
		Chartered Occupational Psychologist or eligible and motivated to work towards chartered status.
		At least 4 years' full-time professional experience in a large corporate environment, ideally including 2 years' relevant experience post MSc.
		Able to travel away from home several nights a week and the commitment to work long hours when required to do an excellent job.
